Charming Centrally-Located Holiday Home with Private Terrace
Enjoy your stay in this bright, centrally located two-level holiday home, featuring a 30 m² private terrace lush with greenery for maximum privacy. Relax on the sun lounger, enjoy al fresco dining, or unwind on the cozy chill-out sofa.

The fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the terrace and comes with every appliance you could need. The inviting living room includes a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. On the ground floor, you’ll also find a modern bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with a washing machine.

Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms, both with ceiling fans: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. The top floor also features a spacious second bathroom with a large shower.

Guests have access to the shared swimming pool for adults and children. The stunning Cabezo Beach, along with a variety of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets, are just a short walk away.

As with all our accommodations, you’ll enjoy high-speed fiber internet, as well as complimentary bed linen, towels, beach towels, hairdryer, and ironing kit—all included for your convenience.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avenida José Miguel Galván Bello 29, Local 2, 38612, El Médano) or, if it is closed, deposit it in the mailbox located next to the entrance.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 3 years stay free of charge. Children aged 3 years and over, pay the same price as adults.
