Stunning, completely, with high quality materials refurbished (may 2022), Holiday Penthouse on three floors with community pools (kids and adults) and private parking space. 2 lovely bedrooms, both with sea views, one king size bed and two single beds, two super modern bathrooms with comfortable showers, a lightflooded living room with flat screen smart TV and a fully equipped, american kitchen with a drink water filter system, all this with amazing sea views, just a few meters from the El Cabezo beach away! On the top floor you will enjoy the private, spacious roof top terrace with a dining area, a super comfy sunbed and a corner to chill out with friends and family, looking over the atlantic ocean. The terrace is protected by an electric sun awning and a pergola. You will be in the center of the village, next to cafés and restaurants and also the supermarkets are are quickly reachable by foot.
As usual in our proposals, bed linen, towels (both with spares), beachtowels, glassfiber Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a safe, a hairdryer and an ironing kit are all included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
