Tropical and beachy feeling in this property with its huge terrace protected from the wind, with tropical plants to guarantee privacy, outdoor dining area for up to 8 guests covered by a large awning, sun loungers and relax area with sofa, in the centre of Medano and only a few steps away from the Cabezo beach and all amenities. This accommodation consists of two double bedrooms with king-size beds and high quality mattresses, two complete bathrooms with shower and bathtub, bidet and window, a spacious living room with fully equipped open space kitchen, international TV channels and a separate laundry room. The residential complex offers a swimming pool for adults and one for children which can be accessed directly from the terrace and, for your absolute comfort, a private parking space inside the complex. Sports equipment such as bikes, wind or kite surfing equipment can be stored on the private terrace thanks to the direct access from the parking/pool area, but it is forbidden to bring it inside the flat.
As usual in our offers, bed linen, towels, beach towels, fibre optic Wi-Fi, washing machine, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board are included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
