You'll also find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a safe. Beautiful high doors, a 55 inch IP TV and german and international channels, fiber optic 600 Mbit/s Wifi with 1 router per floor to ensure the connection. High quality tiles. The supermarket is on the groundfloor of the building, just under the property!!
As usual, bed linen and towels and their spares, beachtowels, an ironing kit and a hairdryer are all included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

We would like to inform our guests that construction work is being carried out nearby, approx. 30-80m from this house, which may occasionally cause noise from Monday to Friday from approx. 08.00 to 18.00 until the beginning of 2026.

We advise all our guests that the storage of sports equipment such as bikes, kitegear, surfgear, windsurfgear as well as other sports equipment inside this Holiday Home is strictly FORBIDDEN.
WE INFORM OUR GUESTS THAT EVERY TUESDAY AND SATURDAY FROM 11 AM ONWARDS, THE JACUZZI MAINTENANCE CLEANING WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY IN CHARGE. IN CASE OF NOT BEING IN THE ACCOMMODATION, THEY WILL ACCESS IT WITH THEIR OWN KEYS TO CARRY OUT THIS COMPULSORY SERVICE.
