Very spacious holiday corner town house on three floors, only 70m away from El Cabezo beach and a few walking minutes from El Médanos' center. On the first floor it offers three luminous bedrooms with parcial sea and mountain views, a little balcony and two bathrooms, one with a tub and a window. On the groundfloor you'll find an independent, fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, a spacious storage room or office, a living room with dining area, a WiFi router, a laptop monitor and a gorgeous, aprox. 80m2 terrace with a pergola and 4 sunbeds, various plants and a hose to clean your sportsgear. Underground floor: private garage, very spacious chill out / Lounge area ( aprox 60 m2 ) with 2 sofas ( suitable as beds as well if needed ), large bathroom with a washing machine, puffs, modern dining table for 10 persons, a 55 inch TV with international channels and movies, a inner patio with palm trees, an outdoor shower, 2 supports to hang your foils, and a WiFi router. There's a separated entrance to the underground part of the holiday home with various doors to lock and divide so the living area from the basement as well as the possibility to lock the garage and separate it from the rest of the accommodation.
As usual, bed linen, towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are all included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, acwhich can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
