A fully, high quality equipped open- space kitchen with a large dining area, a spacious, lightflooded living room with a super chill-out sofa will grant you a luxury feeling during your holidays. Outdoor you'll enjoy your sunny 100m2 private terrace with a garden area, sunloungers, a sun covered sitting and dining space (table and chairs for 6 pax) and, just in front of it, you'll find a large community swimming pool and a basketball court. This accommodation, in a calm and safe residential area, is ideal for families with kids or people with reduced mobility because it's all on one level without steps.
As usual in our proposals, bedlinen and towels, beachtowels, flat screen TV, glassfiber Wi-Fi, hairdryer and an ironing kit are all included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, acwhich can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
