Reachable only through the pedestrian zone, this exclusive property gives you an unexpected luxury feeling directly in the center of the village. Private roof top terrace with stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean and two comfortable sunbeds, just a dream! Modern fully equipped all built in, open-space kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of appliances and tableware. The entire accommodation is very bright due to its glass roof which provides a lot of natural light to this very special property and whose roof can be opened with an electric remote control. It features as well a chill out area with sofa beds and sea views and IP TV with channels from all around the world.
Highspeed glassfiber WiFi is also available for our guests. No noise disturbation in its exclusive location, directly at the beach promenade and pedestrian area.
As usual, bed linen, towels, beach towels, washing machine, hairdryer and an ironing kit are all included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, and which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

We advise all our guests that the storage of sports equipment such as bikes, kitegear, surfgear, windsurfgear as well as other sports equipment inside this property is strictly FORBIDDEN.
