This semi-detached villa in a residential area just a few minutes drive from the centre of the village, offers a private swimming pool, heated to 26º from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m, and a large Jacuzzi on a spacious terrace with barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor dining area. It consists of an extraordinary living room with high wooden ceilings and a modern open space kitchen, fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Another highlight of this particular accommodation is undoubtedly its private garage with direct access to the property where you can store all kinds of sports equipment or comfortably unload your shopping.
As usual in our proposals, fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, international TV channels, bed linen and towels (both with replacements), beach towels, a washing machine, hairdryer and ironing kit are available and included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, acwhich can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

THE PROXIMITY OF THE TENERIFE SUR AIRPORT COULD OCCASIONALLY, DEPENDING ON THE WIND DIRECTION, CAUSE NOISE DISTURBANCES FROM AIR TRAFFIC.
WE INFORM OUR GUESTS THAT EVERY TUESDAY AND SATURDAY FROM 11 AM ONWARDS, THE JACUZZI AND/OR THE POOL MAINTENANCE CLEANING WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY IN CHARGE. IN CASE OF NOT BEING IN THE ACCOMMODATION, THEY WILL ACCESS IT WITH THEIR OWN KEYS TO CARRY OUT THIS COMPULSORY SERVICE.

NEL CASO IN CUI NON FOSTE PRESENTI NELL'APPARTAMENTO, VI ACCEDERANNO CON LE PROPRIE CHIAVI PER EFFETTUARE QUESTO SERVIZIO OBBLIGATORIO.
