The most incredible view from this renovated in 2023, two bedroom holiday home in the bay of El Médano. With its private terrace with outdoor dining area, sun loungers and electric sun awning you will enjoy the magnificence of the ocean at every moment, the sunrise and unforgettable sunsets with the Montaña Roja and its thousands of colours. It has a spacious living room with access to the terrace and sea views, a fully equipped kitchen with water purification system and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, as well as a large flat screen TV with international channels, streaming options such as Netflix etc and fibre optic Wi-Fi. It also offers a desk and a computer screen for our guests. Bed linen and towels (both with spares), beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are available and included.

PLEASE NOTE: In the vicinity of this property a building work is being carried out which may cause noise nuisance. We can offer a discount of up to 20% for the days possibly affected by this.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, acwhich can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
