Enjoy the 2 spacious, wind-sheltered, partly sun shaded terraces (each one 20 sqm) in this 2-level and 2 bedroom Holiday Home (133 sqm incl. both terraces). While having full privacy within the 6-party building, there are many restaurants along the 400 m seaside walk to town center/Plaza. Refurbished and equipped with attention to detail in Dec 2021, it includes: master bedroom (incl. working space) with en-suite toilet and access to the upper terrace, 2nd bedroom with 2 spacious beds (90 and 105 cm), master bathroom on lower floor, fully equipped kitchen incl. filter for drinking water and dishwasher, IP TV with international TV channels, 600mBit fiber (LAN plugs and wireless), back entrance with few steps to carry heavy luggage, private locker for (wind)surf/kite equipment in the same building (with direct car access to on-/offload), own parking lot within the closed garage. As standard throughout our vacation homes, it also includes bed linen, bathroom and beach towels, a hairdryer, washing machine and an ironing kit.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, acwhich can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

We advise all our guests that the storage of sports equipment such as bikes, kitegear, surfgear, windsurfgear as well as other sports equipment inside this Holiday Home is strictly FORBIDDEN.
