Gorgeous, very sunny, brand new 2022 holiday penthouse with a spacious, south oriented roof top terrace next to the center of El Médano and its beaches. One bedroom with a queen size bed, a fouldable working desk and a built-in wardrobe, one bathroom with walk-in shower, a lightflooded living room with a flat screen TV with IP app (channels from all around the workd and streaming options), a fully equipped, american kitchen with a dishwasher and a comfortable dining area indoor and outdoor on the private terrace, protected from the sun by a big sun awning. Also 2 sun loungers are available and the views go over the roofs of the village to the montaña roja. Everything is very tastefully decorated and its strategic position enables you to reach everything in just a few walking minutes.

We would like to inform our guests that due to the renovation work scheduled to take place in the building in 2025, there may be temporary interruptions to the lift service and possible noise nuisance.

A usual in our proposals are bedlinen and towels beachtowels, a hairdryer, washing machine, an ironing kit and 300 bit/s WiFi glassfiber connection all included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

We advise all our guests that the storage of sports equipment such as bikes, kitegear, surfgear, windsurfgear as well as other sports equipment inside this Holiday Home is strictly FORBIDDEN.
