Fantastic one bedroom penthouse with a large private terrace and sunrise views in the centre of El Médano. The entire property has been tastefully refurbished in 2022 and offers a fully equipped open space kitchen, a work desk, a modern bathroom with a shower and a private roof top terrace with seating area from where you can enjoy a beautiful view over the roofs of the village to the beach of La Jaquita and towards the mountains. It is centrally located but at the same time in a quiet area. You will find all the necessary equipment for your stay, including a Tv with IP-TV and thousands of international channels, and you will enjoy a stylish and comfortable holiday home with its terrace offering a chill out area to spend pleasant moments under Tenerife's sun. To access the property, it is necessary to walk up one floor by stairs.
As always in our holiday rentals, bed linen and towels, fibre optic wifi, beach towels, washing machine, hairdryer and ironing kit are included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
