This cozy, perfect south-west orientated, very centrally located (in front of the Playa Chica beach) one bedroom (with individual beds) accommodation is perfect for 3 people. It offers a lovely terrace with a dining area with sea and pool views and two sun awnings for total privacy. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen with any kind of appliances you could need and a drink water filter. ( No need to buy and carry!) There's also a little laundry room with a modern washing machine. In the bathroom you'll find a comfortable walk in shower with no steps. It's a groundfloor so you don't have any steps at all what makes it very practical for who carries sport equipment or for people with reduced mobility. The wind protected, saltwater swimming pool area allows you to enjoy Tenerifes' sun all day long. A foldable desk can be provided by request.
Bedlinen, towels, International TV channels and IP TV with thousands of channels on 50 inch 4K TV, fast 300 Mbit/s Internet speed with LAN connections and 2.4 and 5 Ghz WiFi, beachtowels, safe, hairdryer and an iron are all included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
