Gorgeous 1 bedroom holiday home with an open space kitchen, fully equipped, a brand new bathroom with a comfortable walk in shower and a great terrace with BBQ, inside and outside dining possibilities and a garden area with side sea views. It´s just 100m away from El Cabezo beach so you are close enough to enjoy the waves. It's a groundfloor habitation so no stairs or lift needed, ideal for who carries bikes or other sport equipment. There is also a community pool that you can use during your holiday. The accommodation includes a spacious sofa bed, a smart and streaming TV, WiFi connection, dishwasher, a safe and a washing machine.
As usual are bed linen and towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit included.
Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 3 years stay free of charge. Children aged 3 years and over, pay the same price as adults.
