Gorgeous 1 bedroom holiday home with an open space kitchen, fully equipped, a brand new bathroom with a comfortable walk in shower and a great terrace with BBQ, inside and outside dining possibilities and a garden area with side sea views. It´s just 100m away from El Cabezo beach so you are close enough to enjoy the waves. It's a groundfloor habitation so no stairs or lift needed, ideal for who carries bikes or other sport equipment. There is also a community pool that you can use during your holiday. The accommodation includes a spacious sofa bed, a smart and streaming TV, WiFi connection, dishwasher, a safe and a washing machine. By the way, this accomodation is just in front of Pro windsurfer Dany Bruchs' house!
As usual are bed linen and towels ( both with spares ), beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit included.
Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
