There is also a laundry room and, for maximum practicality, a private underground parking space.
Excellent for sports lovers: guests can leave their sports equipment on the private, enclosed terrace with direct access from the street.
As usual in our proposals, fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, bed linen and towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are available and included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
Due to the proximity of this residential complex to Tenerife Sur airport, noise disturbances may occasionally occur.
