MEDANO4YOU TEJITA BEACH COTTAGE

Cosy 3 double bedroom townhouse with large terraces just a few metres from the largest natural sandy beach of the island, La Tejita. The urbanisation has swimming pools with sun loungers for adults and children. In the property you will find a spacious living room with a fully equipped open space kitchen, two complete bathrooms with bathtub, bidet and shower, three terraces of which one with a large dining area with side awnings for total privacy and the other one with a large chill out area. Two of the bedrooms offer a working space with desks, ergonomic chairs and PC screens while the master bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. A private garage with direct access to the property, fibre optic Wi-Fi connection and thousands of international TV channels are also included for maximum comfort.
In La Tejita you will find a shopping centre with a supermarket, cafés and restaurants just a few metres away, all within easy reach to guarantee you a unique holiday experience!
As usual in our proposals, bed linen and towels (both with replacements), beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are available and included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, acwhich can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
