Penthouse in the heart of the village! Directly on the Plaza and in front of the Playa Del Medano, we offer this completely refurbished (in 2023) holiday accommodation, with a lot of attention to detail and in a linear and modern style with high quality finishings. It consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, bidet and window, a living room with fully equipped open plan kitchen including a water filter system, dining area and a 23m2 terrace protected from the wind, with a postcard view of the ocean and its infinity with the Red Mountain in the background. The ideal place to dream! There are also two sun beds and an outdoor dining table, protected by a sun awning. All the comforts are within easy reach in this special place...
As usual, bed linen and towels, both with their replacements, fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, international TV channels, washing machine, beach towels, ironing kit and hairdryer are included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, acwhich can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

We would like to advise all our guests that it is strictly FORBIDDEN to store sports equipment for kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing or other sports equipment inside this holiday property.
