MEDANO4YOU SURFERS PARADISE BEACHFRONT HOME

A beautiful, groundfloor beachfront holiday home in the condominium Los Martines with 2 bedrooms (work desk in master bedroom), built in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms plus a guest toilet. It offers stunning ocean views from every corner and a big, south orientated terrace with high quality sunbeds, chairs and table and 6 movable plant pots for wind protection. Fabulous dining and chill area to relax and enjoy the sun all day long. The big, luminous living room has a modern open space kitchen which is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, a water filter and all the appliances you could need during your stay and a safe. You'll also find brand new bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and a window. There's also a 55 inch TV with channels and movies from all over the world and 300 Mbit/s glass fiber WiFi. The complex offers an amazing swimming pool with also a private playground and a paddle court. Surfers Paradise Beachfront Home is in front of the beach and only a few minutes walk away from El Medanos' center and offers a private garage for our guests with direct access to the accomodation. As always in our proposals, bed linen and towels ( with spares ), beach towels, hairdryer, iron, and washing machine in a small laundry room, are included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, acwhich can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
