The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a convenient stay, whether you plan to cook occasionally or keep things simple.
A solid and comfortable choice for guests looking for a bright, functional apartment with a balcony, offering space, simplicity, and a pleasant atmosphere throughout. As usual, fibre optic Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are included.

Please note that the apartment does not have a washing machine inside the unit. However, the building offers a communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer available for an extra charge.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avenida José Miguel Galván Bello 29, Local 2, 38612, El Médano) or, if it is closed, deposit it in the mailbox located next to the entrance.
