The apartment includes one bedroom, providing a quiet and comfortable place to rest. It's suitable for both short stays and longer visits.
The living area is open and airy, with a comfortable sofa and a dining space for simple meals at home. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the room and lead out to the private balcony, a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee, read a book, or unwind in the evening.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or an easy meal. The bathroom is modern and functional, featuring a walk-in shower for everyday comfort.
A practical and welcoming option for couples or solo travellers looking for a calm and comfortable place to enjoy their time away, with the added benefit of a private balcony to make the most of the surroundings. As usual, fibre optic Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are included.

Please note that the apartment does not have a washing machine inside the unit. However, the building offers a communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer available for an extra charge.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avenida José Miguel Galván Bello 29, Local 2, 38612, El Médano) or, if it is closed, deposit it in the mailbox located next to the entrance.
