The apartment includes one bedroom, providing a quiet place to rest. Storage is well planned, making it suitable for both short visits and longer stays.
The living area is open and light, with a comfortable sofa and a dining space for easy meals at home. Large windows bring in plenty of daylight and lead out to the private balcony, a nice spot to enjoy a coffee or relax at the end of the day.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. The bathroom is modern and functional, with a walk-in shower for added comfort.
A practical and welcoming choice for couples or solo travellers looking for a calm and comfortable place. As usual, fibre optic Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are included.

Please note that the apartment does not have a washing machine inside the unit. However, the building offers a communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer available for an extra charge.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avenida José Miguel Galván Bello 29, Local 2, 38612, El Médano) or, if it is closed, deposit it in the mailbox located next to the entrance.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 3 years stay free of charge. Children aged 3 years and over, pay the same price as adults.
