This pleasant and well-designed apartment is a great option for a comfortable and relaxed stay. With a practical layout and plenty of natural light, it offers a welcoming space that feels easy and homely from the moment you arrive.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed, ideal for a good night’s rest, and the other with a bunk bed, making it a practical choice for families or small groups. Both rooms are simply furnished and designed for comfort after a day out.
The living area is spacious and bright, featuring a cosy sofa, a dining space, and large windows that let in lots of daylight. From here, you can step out onto the private balcony, a lovely spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning or relax in the evening.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The bathroom is modern and functional, with a walk-in shower for added comfort.
This apartment offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for families, couples, or friends looking for a relaxed and practical place to enjoy their time away. As usual, fibre optic Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are included.

Please note that the apartment does not have a washing machine inside the unit. However, the building offers a communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer available for an extra charge.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avenida José Miguel Galván Bello 29, Local 2, 38612, El Médano) or, if it is closed, deposit it in the mailbox located next to the entrance.
