The apartment includes one comfortable bedroom, perfect for restful nights after sunny days out and about. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, making it easy to freshen up at any time of day.
The living area is spacious and airy, with a cosy sofa, a dining area, and large windows that let in plenty of daylight. From here, you can step out onto the private balcony, a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or relax in the evening with a drink.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay, whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast or an easy meal at home.
This apartment offers a comfortable and welcoming holiday setting, making it a great option for couples or solo travellers looking for a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy their stay. As usual, fibre optic Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are included.

Please note that the apartment does not have a washing machine inside the unit. However, the building offers a communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer available for an extra charge.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avenida José Miguel Galván Bello 29, Local 2, 38612, El Médano) or, if it is closed, deposit it in the mailbox located next to the entrance.
