This bright and comfortable apartment is ideally located just 2 minutes’ walk from Los Abrigos pier, in a charming coastal area surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafés, and local amenities. The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds. The living area is spacious and filled with natural light, offering a cozy seating area, a dining space, and direct access to a private terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing after a day by the sea. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. A private parking space is included, adding extra convenience during your stay.
Guests also have access to a large communal rooftop terrace with sea views, equipped with sun loungers, ideal for enjoying Tenerife’s sunshine and the relaxed coastal atmosphere. An excellent choice for a family holiday or a peaceful seaside getaway, combining comfort, location, and practicality in one of the most pleasant coastal areas in southern Tenerife. As usual, fibre optic Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are included.

Please note that the apartment does not have a washing machine inside the unit. However, the building offers a communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer available for an extra charge.

Please note that in the event of late check-in after 19:00 hours, a late check-in fee of 30,00€ will be charged. This can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card via a payment link.

After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avenida José Miguel Galván Bello 29, Local 2, 38612, El Médano) or, if it is closed, deposit it in the mailbox located next to the entrance.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 3 years stay free of charge. Guests aged 3 years and over pay the same price as adults.
