From the lower balcony, a staircase leads up to the private terrace of over 80m2 which offers a dining area with pergola, sun loungers and a private Jacuzzi overlooking the village and in the distance, the sea. To cool off from the heat, this residential offers a large community pool and for total comfort, our guests can use the private parking space in the garage of the building. The area is quiet and safe and only a few minutes walk from the centre and the main beaches. This wonderful place combines tranquillity, privacy, space and comfort in a modern environment. As usual in our proposals, high speed fibre optic Wi-Fi, international TV channels, bed linen, towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are included.

Roadworks are taking place near this holiday home and are expected to continue at least until mid-August. These works may cause noise disturbances.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, acwhich can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

We would like to advise all our guests that it is strictly FORBIDDEN to store sports equipment such as bicycles, kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing or any other sports equipment inside this holiday home.
WE INFORM OUR GUESTS THAT EVERY TUESDAY AND SATURDAY FROM 11 AM ONWARDS, THE JACUZZI MAINTENANCE CLEANING WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY IN CHARGE. IN CASE OF NOT BEING IN THE ACCOMMODATION, THEY WILL ACCESS IT WITH THEIR OWN KEYS TO CARRY OUT THIS COMPULSORY SERVICE.
