Recently (nov.2021) refurbished and tastefully decorated holiday home on three floors in the condominium Los Martines with community swimming pool, playground and paddel court, situated in front of the La Jaquita beach, only a few walking minutes from the center away. Two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, two brand new bathrooms with comfortable walk-in showers (one of them en-suite), light flooded, spacious living room and a modern, fully equipped open space kitchen with water filter and an indoor dining area with direct access to one of the large terraces with side sea views and a cozy chill out corner. Upstairs, this holiday home offers as well a private roof top terrace with sunloungers and views over the ocean and on the mountains. Enjoy the best sunrises at Stellas! There is also a private parking space and a 4 m² storage room, both included in the price.
As usual in our proposals, bed linen and towels, beach towels, washing machine, glassfiber Wi-Fi, hairdryer and an ironing kit are all included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
We advise all our guests that the storage of sports equipment such as bikes, kitegear, surfgear, windsurfgear as well as other sports equipment inside this property is strictly FORBIDDEN.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 3 years stay free of charge. Children aged 3 years and over, pay the same price as adults.
