New (2022), spacious and stylish semi-detached house on two floors in a residential complex with a swimming pool for adults and one for children, in a quiet area, only a few minutes walking distance to the centre of El Medano. 3 bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms with showers, separate kitchen with dining area, fully equipped with dishwasher and all appliances that could be useful during your stay. From the spacious living room there is access to a terrace with a chill out corner and a dining table for two. This holiday home is tastefully furnished with attention to detail for the comfort of our guests, offering space and privacy for groups or families of up to 6 people. For maximum commodity there is also a private parking space in the garage. It includes free fibre optic Wi-Fi . Excellent for sports lovers: guests can leave their sports equipment on the second terrace, private and enclosed, with direct access from the street.
As usual in our proposals, bed linen and towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are available and included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
Due to the proximity of this residential complex to Tenerife Sur airport, noise disturbances may occasionally occur.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 3 years stay free of charge. Guests aged 3 and over pay the same price as adults.
