This very cozy, central located Holiday Home offers one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a new (july 2023) high quality mattress, a beautiful and cozy terrace with gorgeous sea views and a comfortable dining and chill out area. It´s located on the 4th floor with 2 lifts. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, IP TV, a safe, high speed WiFi and a washing machine. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The fee includes bed linen, towels, beach towels, ironing kit and a hairdryer.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

We advise all our guests that the storage of sports equipment such as bikes, kitegear, surfgear, windsurfgear as well as other sports equipment inside this property is strictly FORBIDDEN.
THE COMMUNITY SWIMMING POOL IS CLOSED FOR RENOVATION UNTIL NEW ADVISE. WE ADVISE THAT UNTIL NEW ADVISE THERE COULD BE NOISE DISTURBANCES BECAUSE OF THE BUILDING'S RENOVATION. PENDING OF THE KIND OF LEVEL OF DISTURBANCES, WE WILL REFUND UP TO MAXIMUM 20% OF PAID RENTAL. WE STRICTLY ADVISE THAT THE MAXIMUM REFUND IS 20% ONLY FOR WORKING DAYS WITH EFFECTIVE NOISE DISTURBANCES AND ONLY IF THE PROPERTY IS DIRECTLY AFFECTED BY THEM.
