This Holiday Home is located 150 meters away from Playa del Cabezo so you can easily go and enjoy this beautiful beach or reach the center in just a few walking minutes. The condominium is a high standart complex in a and quiet residential zone.
We advise all our guests that the storage of sports equipment such as bikes, kitegear, surfgear, windsurfgear as well as other sports equipment inside this property is strictly FORBIDDEN.
As usual in our rentals, bed linen and towels, beachtowels, highspeed Wifi with 100 Mbit/s, a hairdryer and an ironing kit are all included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
