From its large balcony you can enjoy magnificent ocean views, using the outdoor dining area or the chill out area. Modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, drinking water filter (no need to buy and charge water), 74l hot water boiler and a lot of appliances you might need during your stay. There is a brand new bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a safe, TV with YouTube, and the second bedroom has two single beds and TV with YouTube, while in the lounge there is IP TV with thousands of international channels. The accommodation is within walking distance of the beaches and the city centre. This property also has a private parking space. Please note that this holiday home is located on the second floor without lift.
Bed linen, towels, beach towels, 300 Mbit/s high speed WiFi, hairdryer and an ironing kit are included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

We would like to advise all our guests that it is strictly FORBIDDEN to store sports equipment such as bicycles, kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing material or other sports equipment inside this property.

PLEASE NOTE THAT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE THERE MAY BE NOISE NUISANCE DUE TO THE RENOVATION OF THE FACADE OF THE BUILDING. DEPENDING ON THE LEVEL OF DISTURBANCE, A MAXIMUM OF 20% OF THE RENT PAID WILL BE REFUNDED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MAXIMUM REFUND IS 20% ONLY FOR WORKING DAYS WITH NOISE NUISANCE AND ONLY IF THE PROPERTY IS DIRECTLY AFFECTED.
