This spacious property with A/C, recently renovated (2023) offers a wonderful sea view directly from its wind-protected terrace, where you will find a dining area to enjoy your meals with a unique panorama. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a windowed terrace with a working area and a corner to relax, enjoying the infinite horizon at your feet. A small path leads directly to the wooden promenade and the beach of the El Medano Bay. This property also has a porch where you can store your sports equipment (surf/windsurf/kite/bike etc) and take it back to the beach comfortably. It is a unique place for all those who want to enjoy water sports and the proximity of the Médano beach to the maximum. For the absolute commodity of our guests, we also offer a private parking space at approx. 200m from this property.
As usual, bed linen and towels, beach towels, fibre optic WiFi connection, international TV channels, washing machine and dryer, ironing kit and hairdryer are included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
