This is a beautiful, centrally located 2 floor penthouse with great sea views, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 additional guest toilet, air conditioner, a balcony and a very spacious roof terrace with a dining area, a BBQ and sunbeds to enjoy and relax, looking a the atlantic ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with also a dishwasher and plenty of appliances. There is a 300 Mbit/s glassfiber WiFi and also a WiFi repeater on the top floor wich reaches every part of the accommodation. There is a great community pool and a private parking space to make use of during your stay. Included as usual are the bed linen, towels (both with spare) beach towels, hairdryer, iron and washing machine.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
We advise all our guests that the storage of sports equipment such as bikes, kitegear, surfgear, windsurfgear as well as other sports equipment inside this property is strictly FORBIDDEN.
WE ADVISE OUR GUESTS THAT FROM 12.03.2024, THERE MAY BE NOISE NUISANCE DUE TO A CONSTRUCTION IN THE VICINITY OF THIS PROPERTY.
