Fantastic 3 storey townhouse, renovated in 2020, very spacious (220m2) with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 guest toilet. Incredible sea and mountain views, located in a quiet residential area, close to the centre of the village which will bring you a sense of unexpected luxury, only 150m from the Cabezo beach. The kitchen is spacious, modern and fully equipped with dishwasher and everything you might need during your stay. On the upper floor, you will find a private terrace with beautiful views of the sea, its colours at sunrise and the mountains and the possibility to enjoy the sun all day long. It has sun loungers and a comfortable chill out area. It also has an uncovered interior patio with dining area, a special and intimate place to enjoy family or friends gatherings in total privacy. Comfortable desk available.
As usual in our accommodation, bed linen, towels, beach towels, hairdryer, iron, fibre optic WiFi and safe are included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
