This lovely holiday town house belongs to a high standard condominium in a quiet residential zone which offers a big swimming pool, just a few steps away from the center of El Médano and its beaches. It's distributed on three floors with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of them with a comfortable walk-in shower and a guest toilet downstairs. It has a private terrace next to the pool and a backyard with a lovely dining area. On the top floor there's a sleeping possibility on a sofa bed and a bathroom together with another terrace with sunbeds and sunshine all day long. The modern, independent kitchen is fully equipped with any appliances you could need. There's also a big private garage with a direct access to the accommodation. International TV and a glassfibre Wi-Fi are also available.
As usual in our holiday rentals, bed linen and towels, beach towels, washing machine, hairdryer and an ironing kit are all included.
