As its name says, this Holiday Home on 2 floors offers an incredible, windprotected, south west side facing terrace with open views and a big dining and chill out area with sun awning and comfortable sunbeds, located in the Los Martines Residential Complex. It has two large, lovely bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, a desk, an office chair and an LG 34" QHD UltraWide Curved display (34WQ75C-B). You´ll find another complete bathroom and a guest toilet as well. There is a huge living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen with also a drink water filter ( no need to buy and carry water! ). This condominium has an outdoor swimming pool, a playground and a paddle court. You can make use of all of this amenities during your stay. It's located just 100 meters from Playa de la Jaquita and 450m from Cabezo Beach, while the town center is reachable in a few walking minutes. A private storage room is also available for this proposal.
As usual, bed linen and towels and their spares, beachtowels, glassfiber Wifi, washing machine, hairdryer and an ironing kit are included.
