Very cozy one bedroom ground floor holiday home in the quiet urbanization of La Tejita with community swimming pools for adults and children and a wonderful private wooden terrace of 66m2 with dining area, sun loungers, two beach chairs and an outside shower. It is the ideal place to sunbathe, relax and enjoy wonderful sunsets as well as to take time for reading and lounging on the covered porch which offers a comfortable sofa and an individual armchair. PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS PROPERTY ON REQUEST AND WITH A DEPOSIT OF €200,00 FOR POSSIBLE DAMAGES.
This accommodation features a bedroom with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe, a full bathroom with walk-in shower, a living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, dining area and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. It also has IP TV with a wide variety of channels from all over the world and streaming options and fibre optic WiFi. La Tejita beach is just a few minutes walk away as well as its shopping centre with a supermarket, cafes, restaurants and some shops. Foldable desk for free available by request. Private storage room available for our guests to store sports equipment.
As usual in our proposals, bed linen and towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are available and included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

We advise all our guests that the storage of sports equipment such as bikes, kitegear, surfgear, windsurfgear as well as other sports equipment inside this property is strictly FORBIDDEN.
