This beautiful, built in 2021 holiday penthouse offers the best views on the Tejita Beach, the Red Mountain nature reserve and the Atlantic Ocean. It has two spacious floors with a fully equipped, open space kitchen with dining facilities, a cozy living room with a high quality sofa bed, a modern bathroom with a shower and a gorgeous private balcony with deckchairs and stunning views from the lower floor, a spacious bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, TV with IP (streaming options) and a working desk with a laptop monitor, all this with an amazing sea view! You will also find a laundry room with a washing machine and a bathroom with a shower. A spiral staircase leads up to the private roof terrace. There are 3 sun loungers and a seating area. The terrace invites you to sunbathe as the sun is present almost the whole day. The view from up here is almost unique! A underground parking place belongs to this accommodation and the next supermarket is very close as also a little shopping center with bars and restaurants. You can also make use of the community swimming pool ( one for adults, one for children) and enjoy the sun!

As usual in our holiday homes, bed linen and towels, beachtowels, WIFI, hairdryer and an iron are included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

We advise all our guests that the storage of sports equipment such as bikes, kitegear, surfgear, windsurfgear as well as other sports equipment inside this property is strictly FORBIDDEN.
