Featuring a shared pool and plenty of space, this newly built (2023) townhouse is ideal for large families or groups of friends. Located in a quiet area just a short walk from La Jaquita beach and the center of El Médano.

The house offers 4 double bedrooms: one in the semi-basement with a private lounge area, and three upstairs – two with ergonomic desks and chairs, and one with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and bidet. There’s also a modern bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet on the ground floor.

The spacious and bright living room opens onto a terrace with a large chill-out sofa. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes an indoor dining area and access to a second outdoor terrace with a shaded dining space.

Upstairs, a rooftop terrace with Teide views, outdoor shower, and sun loungers invites you to relax all day in the sun. A large private garage with direct access to the property and all modern comforts complete this perfect holiday home.

As usual, fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, bed linen and towels, beach towels, an ironing kit and a hairdryer are included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

We would like to advise all our guests that it is strictly FORBIDDEN to store sports equipment such as bicycles, kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing or other sports equipment inside this holiday property.
We would like to inform our guests that this holiday home is equipped with a surveillance system with visible security cameras in the common areas outside, in order to offer you more security during your stay. The cameras inside the property do NOT record images but have the sole function of detecting movement and the eventual activation of the alarm system.
Due to the proximity of this residential complex to Tenerife Sur airport, noise disturbances may occasionally occur.
