Plenty of space for groups or large families in a quiet area but still close to La Jaquita beach and the centre of El Medano in this brand new (2023) 4 bedroom townhouse with community pool and large private garage with direct access to the property. Four double bedrooms, one of them on the semi-basement floor next to a living room with a lot of space and privacy at disposal, separated by a screen. The other three bedrooms are located on the first floor, two of them with desks and ergonomic chairs as well as one of them with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and bidet, while the other bathroom has a modern shower and on the ground floor you will find a guest toilet. The living room is spacious and bright and has direct access to a terrace with a large chill-out sofa for total relaxation. On the same floor is the fully equipped open space kitchen with a water filter system, an eating area and access to the other terrace which offers an outdoor dining area, protected from the sun thanks to an awning and with a small laundry room. The bedroom floor has a further terrace with views of the majestic Teide, an outdoor shower and sun loungers for sunbathing all day long.
As usual, fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, bed linen and towels, beach towels, an ironing kit and a hairdryer are included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

We would like to inform our guests that this holiday home is equipped with a surveillance system with visible security cameras in the common areas outside, in order to offer you more security during your stay. The cameras inside the property do NOT record images but have the sole function of detecting movement and the eventual activation of the alarm system.
Due to the proximity of this residential complex to Tenerife Sur airport, noise disturbances may occasionally occur.
