This stunning 4 bedroom Holiday Home with A/C in the whole accommodation, partly powered by solar energy (12 solar panels), is located in an area where the winds blow vigorously and add a touch of excitement to the landscape. Its private, heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, features everything you could expect for a perfect, relaxing and comfort holiday for a big family or a group of friends. Situated in a calm and safe residential area in front of the Ensenada Pelada beach, it offers a big terrace with a cozy seating corner under a romantic wooden pergola, sunbeds to enjoy the ideal canarian clima, a dining area, also protected by a pergola and a big BBQ. Very spacious living room with an open space kitchen, fully equipped with any kind of appliances including as well a water filter system. Three double bedrooms and one separated dépendance with air conditioning two double beds and its own en suite bathroom, two more complete bathrooms with showers and one of them, with a whirlpool bath tub with sea view, will guarantee privacy for everyone. You'll enjoy every corner of this special property, its outdoor facilities as well as its cozy and comfortable indoor furnishing. Listen to your favourite playlist via the Bluetooth connection installed in the lights and with remote control directly from the whirlpool and in two of the upstairs rooms! You'll also find an independent laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, a safe and also an alarm system. The center of El Médano is reachable in only a few minutes by car. Due to the proximity to the protected natural beach of Ensenada Pelada, we would like to advise our guests that on very windy days, there may be large amounts of sand in the pool area, which could have a negative effect on the aesthetics of the pool area. Due to the proximity to Tenerife South airport there may be occasional air traffic noise.
The total built area of the house is 190m2, incl. the studio. The plot is 320m2. The pool is 7,50m x 3,60m and the depth is 1,60m/1,70m, except its entrance and for an area of 2m2, where it's about 35cm.
As usual in our proposals, fibre optic Wi-Fi, thousands of international TV channels, bed linen, towels, beachtowels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are all included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

Please note when booking: Due to the proximity of the property to a fine sandy beach, it is possible that, depending on weather conditions, sand and wind could cause discomfort on the terrace.
We would like to inform our guests that this holiday home is equipped with a surveillance system with visible security cameras in the common areas outside, in order to offer you more security during your stay. The cameras inside the property do NOT record images but have the sole function of detecting movement and the eventual activation of the alarm.
WE INFORM OUR GUESTS THAT EVERY TUESDAY AND SATURDAY FROM 11 AM ONWARDS, THE JACUZZI AND/OR THE POOL MAINTENANCE CLEANING WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY IN CHARGE. IN CASE OF NOT BEING IN THE ACCOMMODATION, THEY WILL ACCESS IT WITH THEIR OWN KEYS TO CARRY OUT THIS COMPULSORY SERVICE.
