The master bedroom, which includes two walk-in dressing rooms, features a spacious en suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and a balcony. On this floor there is an elegant room with a prestigious piano and a balcony with views over the village. The main floor, which leads to the pool area, offers a spacious living room with dining area, an impressive fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with an outdoor dining area with pergola and a bedroom with a sofa bed and en suite bathroom. It also includes a distinguished office, ideal for working or enjoying a reading space in a serene environment, a laundry room and a storeroom. VISITORS WHO ARE NOT OFFICIALLY REGISTERED AS GUESTS OF THIS ACCOMMODATION ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND IN THE POOL AREA.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS CONDITION WILL RESULT IN A FINE OF UP TO €5,000.
NO GROUPS OF GUESTS UNDER 26 YEARS OF AGE ARE ALLOWED.

We advise our guests that in the event that check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a supplement of 30,00€ will be applied for late check-in service, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
