Centrally located, very stylish top floor holiday home next to El Cabezo beach on three storeys with a massive private, wind protected rooftop terrace with sunloungers, outdoor shower, dining area and an amazing view on the Teide. The ideal place to enjoy the sun, chill-out evenings or dinners and drinks with friends and family! This accommodation offers two bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, both with walk-in showers, a lightflooded living room with a working desk and a PC monitor, a fully equipped, open space kitchen and a laundry room. Two community pools (adults and kids) and a private parking place are also available for the guests of this holiday home. We advise all our guests that the storage of sports equipment such as bikes, kitegear, surfgear, windsurfgear as well as other sports equipment inside this property is strictly FORBIDDEN.
As usual in our proposals are glassfiber WiFi, bed linen and towels, beachtowels, hairdryer and an ironing kit all included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
