Maximum comfort, design and a lot of style... in this incredible holiday home with air conditioning in front of the beach of La Tejita, you will find it all! With its two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and bathtub, one of them en-suite, a spacious living room with a fully equipped open space kitchen and its two terraces, you will be able to enjoy to the maximum the commodities offered by this property and its condominium, which has a swimming pool for adults and one for children, heated by solar energy, showers and a paddle court. The two large terraces have dining and relaxation areas, sun loungers, sun awnings and views of the sea, the swimming pool and even the majestic Teide. In only a few minutes walking distance you reach one of the most beautiful and natural sandy beaches of the whole island, La Tejita. The area also offers a shopping centre with supermarket, bars and restaurants. Everything you could possibly need is at your fingertips!
As usual, bed linen and towels are included, fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, international TV channels, washing machine, beach towels, ironing kit and hairdryer.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
We would like to advise all our guests that it is strictly FORBIDDEN to store sports equipment such as bicycles, kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing-material or any other sports equipment inside this holiday home.
