This property is a beautiful, colourful holiday home with 3 lovely bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a window and a bath tub and a guest toilet. This 3 floor accommodation includes a spacious roof terrace with a 360º view on the sea and the mountains and comfy sunbeds to enjoy the canarian sun all day long as well as an inner patio and a cozy terrace downstairs with a big chill out and relaxing area. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine and inside and outside dining areas.
It also includes a private parking space, 300 Mbit/s glassfiber line and a WiFi repeater on the first floor. As usual in our accommodations, bed linen and towels, beachtowels, hairdryer and an iron kit are included.
Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
