We inform our guests that if check-in occurs after 7:00 PM, a late check-in fee of €30 will apply, payable upon arrival in cash or by credit card via a payment link.

After check-out simply return the key to our office (Avenida José Miguel Galván Bello 29, Local 2, 38612, El Médano) or, if this is closed, drop it into the mailbox next to the entrance.
