From here there is access to the terrace which has a private entrance/exit to the property at street level, very practical for those who want to conveniently store their sports equipment or beach accessories. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with modern showers, one of which is en-suite. Its position is practically unbeatable; the beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are just a stone's throw away and, for your absolute comfort, a private parking space completes this property.
As usual in our proposals, there is fibre optic internet connection, international TV channels, and bed linen and towels, beach towels, washing machine, hairdryer and ironing kit are included.
