SEASONAL RENTAL: As the name suggests, this charming studio, completely renovated (2020), is located in the heart of El Medano, a stone's throw from the main square and the main beach of the village. Ideal for two people, located on a ground floor, it offers a sleeping area, living room/kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower. Free fibre optic Wi-Fi and flat screen TV with international TV channels are available for our guests. Everything is within walking distance, the beach, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets etc.
We advise all our guests that the storage of sports equipment such as bikes, kitegear, surfgear, windsurfgear as well as other sports equipment inside this property is strictly FORBIDDEN.
As usual in our proposals, bed linen and towels, beach towels, a washing machine, a hairdryer and an ironing kit are available and included.
Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
