This stunning, modern, ECO-friendly 3 bedroom Holiday-Villa offers a private solar heated pool with a cover and a jacuzzi for 6 people, in an area where the winds blow vigorously and add a touch of excitement to the landscape. It has a spacious living room with a beautiful dining space, a fully equipped, modern and independent kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and any kind of appliances, 2 bathrooms ( 1 en suite ) and a guests toilet. The villa is air conditioned and features 9 solar panels for electricity, 4 for the heating of the pool and 1 for the warm water.
There is a second, very spacious and very specially designed living/hobby room in the basement which has a extra sofa bed and a table soccer. Now, since june '22, included in the price, there's another spacious area on the basement floor with natural light, to use as a game and working room with 6 working desks, a ping pong table, a dart board and a yoga/workout space with mats.
Upstairs there's a roof terrace with a great dining and lounge area, a charcoal BBQ, an electric heater under the pergola, sun loungers and mountain views. You'll find a second dining area by the pool with a corner sofa to chill out and comfortable sunbeds.
As always it includes WiFi which you can use on all the floors. Also bed linen, towels, beachtowels, washing machine, hairdryer and an iron kit are included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

The villa is 300m from Pelada beach and 1,5 km from the center of El Médano away in a high standard residential area.
The Pool and Jacuzzi are cleaned twice per week for free. When it's windy, there could be a little sand in the pool if it is left uncovered for significant periods. This isn't unsafe but can be a little unsightly. If you use the pool a lot during your stay and would like it cleaned a third time during a week then please just ask and we will arrange it for you for an extra charge. It is strictly forbidden to use the pool cleaning equipment, adjust the pump settings or in any other way affect the operation of the pool equipment.
Please note when booking: Due to the proximity of the property to a fine sandy beach, it is possible that, depending on weather conditions, sand and wind could cause discomfort on the terrace.
THE PROXIMITY OF THE TENERIFE SUR AIRPORT COULD OCCASIONALLY, DEPENDING ON THE WIND DIRECTION, CAUSE NOISE DISTURBANCES FROM AIR TRAFFIC.
We would like to inform our guests that this holiday home is equipped with a surveillance system with visible security cameras in the common areas outside, in order to offer you more security during your stay. The cameras inside the property do NOT record images but have the sole function of detecting movement and the eventual activation of the alarm.
