This amazing accommodation is directly on the sea front of El Cabezo and offers a unique beach feeling very close to the center of El Médano. It´s one of the biggest holiday homes in this great location. With its 3 bedrooms, 3 floors, 3 terraces, 3 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, outdoor shower, BBQ, indoor and outdoor dining space and the garage for 3 cars with direct access, it couples even with the highest needs. The 2 bedrooms have their own bathroom ( 1 of the 2 bathrooms is en suite ). There's a WiFi repeater at each floor with a 300 Mbit/s glassfiber line. The kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious. You will enjoy the sunshine for the whole day as the house is located towards southeast and northwest. From the master bedroom and the living room, as well as from the front terrace, you have stunning views over the atlantic ocean. The backyard terrace offers you privacy, space, sunbeds, a shower, outdoor dining possibilities, some nice canarian plants. IT'S STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO RERENT OR GIVE ACESS TO THE GARAGE OF THE PROPERTY TO OTHERS. NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE GARAGE AS BOARDSTORAGE, BIKE STORAGE OR PARKING SPACE FOR NOT REGISTERED GUESTS.
As usual, bedlinen, towels, beachtowels, hairdryer and an iron are included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
