This gorgeous Holiday Home has its own private, heated swimming pool, a hot tub and a big garden area with BBQ and sunbeds to enjoy peacefully Tenerifes' sun. It has 3 large bedrooms with brand new mattresses and 3 full en-suite bathrooms, one with a window, plus an additional guest bathroom. The accommodation is perfect for 6 people, it´s spacious and has also a terrace with dining possibilities and a lot of privacy. In the large and luminous living room you'll find a big indoor dining area, everything tastefully decorated. There was created a second extra living room for more privacy for bigger groups or families and a sofa bed is as well in the basement floor, together with the 3rd bedroom and its en-suite bathroom. There's also a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a laundry space with a washing machine.
El Médano is a true paradise for water sports lovers, especially windsurfing and kitesurfing. The area is famous for its consistent winds and ocean waves, which attract enthusiasts form all over the world. Thanks to the breeze, even the summer months feel more comfortable, but you should expect it to be windy most of the time. The property also located close to the airport. This makes travel very convenient when arriving or departing, and it offers a unique chance to watch planes flying overhead. However, please note that some guests have mentioned that it can occasionally be a bit of a nuisance.
Its location is just a couple of metres away from Pelada beach and only a few minutes by car from El Médanos' center. Easy to park nearby.
Bed linen and towels, beachtowels, hairdryer, high speed Wifi and an ironing kit are included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.

Please note when booking: Due to the proximity of the property to a fine sandy beach, it is possible that, depending on weather conditions, sand and wind could cause discomfort on the terrace.
THE PROXIMITY OF THE TENERIFE SUR AIRPORT COULD OCCASIONALLY, DEPENDING ON THE WIND DIRECTION, CAUSE NOISE DISTURBANCES FROM AIR TRAFFIC.
WE INFORM OUR GUESTS THAT EVERY TUESDAY AND SATURDAY FROM 11 AM ONWARDS, THE JACUZZI AND/OR THE POOL MAINTENANCE CLEANING WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY IN CHARGE. IN CASE OF NOT BEING IN THE ACCOMMODATION, THEY WILL ACCESS IT WITH THEIR OWN KEYS TO CARRY OUT THIS COMPULSORY SERVICE.
