One private terrace on the first floor with a dining table and, reachable by a spiral stair, a massive, private roof top terrace with chill out sofas, sunbeds and another dining table, all this with a beautiful view over the Atlantic Ocean, the Montaña Roja and sunshine nearly all day long! An electric sun awning is also available for sun protection. On the lower floor you'll find a living room with A/C, a big comfy sofa and an american, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, while the washing machine is in a separated laundry room. This very well maintained residential complex offers a solar heated swimming pool for adults and one for kids and a private underground parking space belongs as well to this accomodation. Enjoy the location in front of the sea, from where you can reach easily by foot a supermarket and a small shopping center with cafés and restaurants. We advise all our guests that the storage of sports equipment such as bikes, kitegear, surfgear, windsurfgear as well as other sports equipment inside this property is strictly FORBIDDEN.
As usual in our proposals are bed linen, towels, beachtowels, high speed Wi-Fi, a hairdryer and an iron kit, all included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
