An electric sun awning is also available for sun protection. On the lower floor you'll find a living room with A/C a flat screen smart TV with international channels, a big comfy sofa and an american, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, while the washing machine is in a separated laundry room. This very well maintained residential complex offers a solar heated swimming pool for adults and one for kids and a private underground parking space belongs as well to this accomodation. Enjoy the location in front of the sea, from where you can reach easily by foot a supermarket and a small shopping center with cafés and restaurants. We advise all our guests that the storage of sports equipment such as bikes, kitegear, surfgear, windsurfgear as well as other sports equipment inside this property is strictly FORBIDDEN.
As usual in our proposals are bed linen, towels, beachtowels, high speed Wi-Fi, a hairdryer and an iron kit, all included.
